Refund policy

As all of our products are branded and personalised, we do not offer free returns or returns for refunds without defects, damage or faults.

If your product does not resemble your approved print mock up or embroidery stitch out, we will look to make this right and reprint as dispatch as soon as possible. If your received product does resemble your print preview but you are not happy with it please let us know through our contact form.

If your item is damaged or faulty we will reproduce your order, if we need the product returning we will offer to pay for a free return but we assess returns on a case by case basis.
